FAQs

  • Charcootz creates handcrafted charcuterie boards designed for gatherings, celebrations, and everyday hosting. Each board features a curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, nuts, spreads, and seasonal accompaniments arranged on a beautiful wooden board. My boards are designed to be ready to serve.

  • I will aim to make a robust board, find the highest quality cheeses, charcuterie, and accoutrements. Personally, I love items from Italy, France, England, Spain, Turkey, Canada, Croatia, the US and more! I will often feature vegetables, fruits and flowers from my own garden and aim to make my own spreads.

    Think a rotating selection of:

    • Brie

    • Aged cheddar

    • Manchego

    • Prosciutto

    • Salami

    • Soppressata

    • Cherry Jam

    • Fig Jam

    • Whipped Ricotta Dip

    • Smoked Trout Dip

  • You can reach me at samantha@charcootz.com.

  • Gluten:

Most of the board is gluten-free, except the crackers. If this is something that is required, please let me know and I will substitute.

    Nuts:

I can offer nut-free options, but please be advised that kitchen is not “nut” or “allergen” free.

  • Of course! In fact, I’ll give $10, $15, $20 off your next order of a Lil, Mid, and Big Boi if you reuse!

  • Cheese and charcuterie boards and dessert boards are best served at room temperature. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving. Once ready-to-serve, remove your board from its shrink-wrapped packaging, pour the nuts from their individual bags in the spots where you find them, and enjoy!
