Welcome, I’m Samantha!

Charcootz started as a passion project—something I created simply because I love bringing people together over beautiful, thoughtfully curated food. I’ve always said that my last meal would be a charcuterie board!

By day, I work full-time in venture capital, but outside of that world, you’ll usually find me building charcuterie boards for friends, hosting, or showing up to gatherings with something a little extra. I’ve also earned my WSET Diploma and work as a sommelier on the side, which deeply influences how I think about flavor, pairing, and presentation. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into something more: a way to bring joy to my neighborhood and help others elevate the way they host.

My philosophy is simple: abundance, quality, and intention. Crackers belong on the side so the board can truly shine. Every inch should be thoughtfully filled—no empty space, no filler, no shortcuts. I believe in generous portions, standout ingredients, and combinations that feel elevated but approachable. And candidly, I can’t stand an overpriced board with a few cubes of cheese and two slices of meat. Charcootz is the opposite of that.

Charcootz is all about making entertaining feel special but effortless. Each board is designed to impress, featuring high-quality ingredients, unique pairings, and a presentation that feels as good as it tastes. Whether it’s a casual get-together, a girls’ night, or a celebration, my goal is to help you serve something memorable that your guests will genuinely get excited about.
